Stop Poaching Now (SPN) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as Volunteer Campaign Ambassadors for our upcoming event, E-Race. As a Volunteer Campaign Ambassador, you will play a vital role in coordinating logistics and ensuring the smooth execution of E-Race events – April 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination:
  • Work closely with the E-Race Committee to understand event logistics and requirements.
  • Assist in planning and organizing various aspects of E-Race events, including venue setup, participant registration, and post-event activities.
• Logistics Management:
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for participants and guests.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and supplies are available at event locations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure services required for the events.
• Communication and Outreach:
  • Act as a liaison between SPN, participants, and sponsors.
  • Assist in promoting E-Race events through various channels, including social media and community outreach.
• Participant Support:
  • Provide information and support to participants before, during, and after E-Race events.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from participants in a timely and helpful manner.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with fellow Volunteer Campaign Ambassadors and the E-Race Committee to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Attend regular meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Passion for wildlife conservation and dedication to SPN’s mission.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
