Thank you to everyone who helps us forge ahead and accomplish our mission: to protect and educate.
Education remains at the core of our mission and your ongoing
support has now impacted the lives of thousands of students and
together we empower them to become the next generation’s
wildlife protection warriors.
Stop Poaching Now (SPN) believes that education is the most
effective way to promote environmental sustainability, create
long-term behavioral change, and encourage youth to embrace a
sense of personal responsibility and stewardship for the natural
world. The Art 4 Education campaign aims to raise funds for the
continued growth of our Global Conservation Education Program
(GCEP).
Funds from this event in November will go directly to our GCEP educators teaching conservation and sustainability all over the world. This event features art showcasing a curated collection of amazing Fine Art from the estate of the late Steve Kaufman and a diverse range of global artists.
SPN is actively working on expanding its art network to collaborate with artists, gallerists, curators and collectors
across the globe.
At SPN, we believe that conservation education programs require a
multi-faceted approach to reach the widest audience and have the
greatest impact. We also require that the program be equally accessible
to all, regardless of culture, socio-economic status, or geographic
location. Therefore, all SPN education programs are provided both free
of charge and in multiple modalities, including online for access from
anywhere at any time.
Steve had as big of a heart as he stood towering in height. He was an activist and a generous humanitarian. In all, Steve Kaufman aided more than 1,500 charities during his lifetime.
In his day-to-day life Steve embodied and delivered the true
American pop art experience. He painted iconic people, historical
figures, and products significant in our daily lives. He was an artistic journalist who commented on both history and current events with his
art.
